    Kenneth Rogers, MD

    Medical Director & Psychiatrist

    Dr. Kenneth Rogers is the Medical Director of Aspire to Excellence Healthcare Services of Kentucky and a Distinguished Fellow of both the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry—a recognition reserved for leaders in the field who demonstrate exceptional dedication and expertise. He is double board-certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and is passionate about helping individuals and families live more fulfilling, balanced lives.

    Demetrius Henderson, M.Ed., MBA

    Chief Executive Officer

    Demetrius Henderson is the CEO of Aspire to Excellence Health Services of Kentucky and a seasoned leader in behavioral health and organizational excellence. With decades of experience, he has served as a Joint Commission and State Baldrige surveyor, and currently serves as a CARF surveyor. He is also a certified PREA Auditor for the U.S. Department of Justice, conducting audits in prisons, jails, and community confinement facilities. Demetrius brings a unique blend of clinical insight, operational leadership, and regulatory expertise—driving quality care and accountability at every level.

    Lucila Beaton, LISW-CP, LCSW, LCSWC

    CLINICAL DIRECTOR & Therapist

    Lucila Beaton is the Clinical Director of Aspire to Excellence Healthcare Services of Kentucky and a licensed clinical social worker with advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Fluent in English and Spanish, Lucila is a bilingual and bicultural clinician who provides culturally responsive therapy and parent trainings. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor and a suicide prevention trainer(ASIST & SafeTALK) through LivingWorks, equipping communities with life-saving skills.
